Granite Sand Making Plant

This project of granite sand making plant is the first aggregates production item in local market. Its main machine equipment is provided by SBM. The plant mainly produces sand with a production capacity of 450-500 tons per hour (500 tons per hour for gravel).

1. The plant of granite sand making plant is equipped with a new sand-making machine, which adopts the working principle of “Rock On Rock” وت “Rock On Iron” Crushing, not only can it ensure the particle of finished products, but ensure the reasonable gradation to meet the sand requirements of high standard projects.
2. The major equipment adopts oil lubrication without any manual refueling, which can greatly save labor costs in operation and maintenance. The operation mode of “Rock on Rock” can reduce wear of parts effectively, which can reduce production and operation cost.
3. All main equipment of the plant including C6X Jaw Crusher, HST Cone Crusher, and VSI6X Sand Maker is from SBM. The new configuration makes production more efficient.
