Planta de fabricação de areia em granito
Este projeto de planta de produção de areia de granito é o primeiro item de produção de agregados no mercado local. Seus principais equipamentos de máquinas são fornecidos pela SBM. A planta produz principalmente areia com capacidade de produção de 450-500 toneladas por hora (500 tons per hour for gravel).

Vantagens
- The plant of granite sand making plant is equipped with a new sand-making machine, which adopts the working principle of “Rock sobre rock” E “Pedra no ferro” Esmagando, not only can it ensure the particle of finished products, but ensure the reasonable gradation to meet the sand requirements of high standard projects.
- The major equipment adopts oil lubrication without any manual refueling, which can greatly save labor costs in operation and maintenance. The operation mode of “Rock on Rock” can reduce wear of parts effectively, which can reduce production and operation cost.
- All main equipment of the plant including C6X Jaw Crusher, Triturador de cone HST, and VSI6X Sand Maker is from SBM. The new configuration makes production more efficient.
